Job Accountabilities

• Support Unit Linked daily pricing and order placement
• Process trades and corporate actions; ensure the clearing accounts are clean on a daily basis
• Responsible for correcting and timely daily processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, income payments and corporate actions
• Investigate the discrepancies and treatment for corporate actions and make necessary follow up with relevant parties
• Responsible for timely month-end Operations closing activities
• Perform periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash amount holdings with custodian banks
• Provide support to the projects as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, global custody or insurance sector
• Practical experience in Unit Linked products is an advantage
• Familiar with the securities markets with sound knowledge of operations, market data, securities administration and corporate actions
• Good knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments and markets is preferable
• Experience in SAP FSCM, Bloomberg / Reuters is a plus
• Strong in MS Excel with good analytical skills 
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
