Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support the business management for full spectrum of duties related to the Board of Directors and the shareholders, prepare relevant documents for BCCL teams and key stakeholders (e.g. shareholders, regulators), and assist BCCL in formulating and implementing corporate strategies and development plans
- Assist with preparing BCCL related financials including annual budgets and final accounts, and conduct relevant data analysis on BCCL’s business and performance
- Interact with internal teams (including but not limited to Finance, IT, HR, Corporate Services) for handling payments, staff onboarding and administrations, as well as with external service providers for managing BCCL’s businesses and operations, and act in the best interests of BCCL by supporting all the teams
- Coordinate relevant conferences / meetings, take minutes and / or call reports, and take charge of certain work related to market research and bilingual translation where necessary
- Assist to coordinate team-building activities, trainings and sharing sessions, etc., manage office facilities and equipment including the procurement of office supplies, and manage BCCL’s assets for good safekeeping and proper record
- Perform other duties as necessary or in the scope of the role that the supervisor requires
Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Finance or business administration related subject (though not a must)
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Finance, business administration or operation related capacity is highly appreciated (though not a must); fresh graduates with less experience but good potential would also be considered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with integrity; team player with good skills of multi-task and time management
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
