Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to design end-to-end customer journey, conduct market research, review customer communications
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience Division, including but not limited to setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, managing the correspondence, compiling presentation materials, etc.
- Update and maintain related records and inventory for proper filing
- Provide support to ad hoc projects, and handle other duties as assigned
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications or above as highest education level attained
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in banking industry
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of Design Thinking or Agile will be an advantage
- Well organized, attentive to details, self-motivated and problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
Appointment will be made on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Renewable of contract or permanent role may be offered to candidate subject to performance and operational needs.
