About the Company

Our client is a reputable listed property group with diversified property portfolios across Hong Kong, the Greater China market. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Investment Officer to join their team.

About the job

• Responsible for property development and investment matters
• Conduct market researches and feasibility study for Hong Kong market trend
• Prepare submissions for government tenders and private bids
• Assist in handling land matters and planning applications
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

What you'll ideally have

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Surveying, Real Estate, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Real Estate industry
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
