Duties:

• Ensure daily transactions of subscription, redemption, transfer, are handled timely and accurately.
• Perform Checking function on daily transactions.
• Coordinate and supervise the support of clerical staff in delivering service to investors and clients
• Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Transfer Agency, fund services or related areas
• Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Energetic, results focused change agent, with a strong work ethic.
• Strong Team Player and have the ability to motivate others
