Responsibilities

• Assist the senior management in developing a digital vision and establishing digital transformation organization.
• Drive culture changes by connecting people to the digital transformation organization.
• Act as a thought leader on emerging digital business models and technologies, articulating the digital future.
• Assist and collaborate with senior management to establish governance, manage technology priorities and develop a 3-5 year digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead the process to evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and strengths.  Assess external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to identify digital execution priorities.
• Prioritize the opportunities and define the digital roadmap from development to execution.
• Practicing agile execution and design thinking methodologies/user journey mapping alongside robust project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge in leading digital innovation and transformation
• Broad base of digital technical knowledge and emerging technology trends and issues
• Strong abilities in leading digital strategy development and organization transformation
• Strong combination of demonstrated skills in strategic planning, analytical and holistic problem-solving, project management, effective communication and coordination of internal and external resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent.
• Proven leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility.
• Knowledge and experience of digital innovations and solutions, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
• Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.
• Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.
