Our client is a leading financial institution. They are one of the fast-growing company that reinvents better service quality for their customers. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their credit card approval and CS team. 

Responsibilities

• Handle lost and stolen card reported by customer 
• Perform the full range of customer service duties; provide customer service and assistance to the public; answering enquires by phone, email and live chat.
• Manages and report suspicious fraud cases, major incidents and customer feedback to respective internal counterparts timely and properly
• Conduct regular fraud monitoring report

• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 1 years' of experience in call center customer service related industry
• Welcome non- banking experience candidate and Banking experience is preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
• Shift work is required on weekends and public holidays
