The incumbent will provide support to the Regional Team in the analysis of the brand's commercial and operational performance by transforming business information into insights and drive into action plan so as to deliver increased retail growth in APAC. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Business partnering leaders to enable business decisions that drive performance, transform business data into actionable insight, create accurate prediction and drive effective business optimization or business opportunities. 
• Monitor and report on monthly P&L and provide advices and alerts on risks and opportunities.
• Prepare scenario studies in various business cases and strategic planning, for example new marketing establishment, new stores opening and closures etc..
• Assess on ROI on capex investment and propose alternations to commercial terms.
• Develop modeling tool to support long-term sales forecasting, staffing needs, capital expenditures and operational needs.
• Assist in retail sales forecast, full year evolution performance analysis and budgeting through the management of sales pipeline and analysis of the market trend. 
• Responsible for reporting and analysis of sales, product, staff productivity, business performance including but not limited to sales, sales by floor, sales by category / collection, client group etc.
• Gather relevant data related to the market trends in APAC, including but not limited to competitors and retail trends.

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of experience in business analytics role in retail / luxury retail industry. Experience in jewellery industry is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and business acumen. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Possosses business concept, commercial sense and critical thinking. 
• Multi-task, reliable, positive attitude and able to work under pressure. 
• Good negotiation skills. 
• Proactive in attaining market knowledge.
