• Responsible for daily handling of the Bank's operation process, including handling of accounts opening and closure, perform CDD/ KYC review, daily monitoring of accounts positions, identify and report any potential risk.
• Prepare various reports & analysis to support management decisions, discover the optimizable aspects of operations process and system and report to senior managers.
• Perform other operations and admin support and ad hoc project as assigned

• Degree holder or above with minimum 1 years experience in bank operations, teams lead role experience preferred.
• Good learning and communications skills, self motivated and work well under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• *5 Days working, must able to work in Sat and Sun, will offer 2 days off in weekdays
• *Probably work in night shift during peak seasons (Have night shift allowance)
• Location in Causeway Bay
