• maintain and review company's manual, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• perform data cleansing and maintain regulatory documentation
• conduct counterparty and client due diligence due diligence
• Prepare regular internal and/or external reports
• perform ad hoc assignments as instructed by the Team Leader and other team members

• Holder of law degree from a local or overseas university
• Read and write Chinese and has strong English writing skills
• At least 1-2 years of work experience
• Previous experience in asset management firm or international law firm is preferred
• Good organization skills and attention to details
