Job Description

1. Responsible for summarizing, analyzing and compiling investment and operation investigation reports on the company's existing and planned mainland property projects (high-end residences, apartments, hotels, commercial streets, hot spring towns, etc.), and proposing investment optimization opinions;

1. Conduct risk assessment, cost-benefit estimation, construct an investment analysis and economic evaluation model for the proposed investment project, and complete the preparation of the feasibility study report;

1. Responsible for investment project negotiation, business model design, agreement formulation and signing; investment project implementation, lead the team to follow up post-investment management and project launch;

1. Review the department's regular reports, including asset operation reports, market research reports;

1. Assist management or other departments in establishing and maintaining business relationships with partners, Mainland government units, enterprises and associations;

1. Working with the finance department and other departments to facilitate equity financing projects and optimize the company's capital institutions;

1. Responsible for the overall operation management, team building and related work of the team; improve the work processes of the investment team and build up an investment system;

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above; Finance or Business Administration major is preferred;

1. At least 8 years of experience in investment analysis, investment management, strategic planning and other positionsin mainland real estate enterprises and asset management companies, with a number of comprehensive leading experience in different investment stages; 

1. Understand the mindset and working style of Mainland Chinese. Able to communicate with the similar tone of Mainland Chinese. Proven track records of working with Mainland investors and provincial government;

1. Master the basic methods of real estate investment analysis and have the ability to prepare appealing proposals to clients;

1. Familiar with the mainland real estate market situation, real estate development processes, Mainland government investment policies, etc., with independent regional real estate market development and business negotiation capabilities;

1. Have rich government-enterprise relations in the Mainland, and has priority in project resources such as urban complexes, cultural tourism area development, and commercial street development;

1. Have the ability to build a team from scratch, good at team building and management, willing to deal with people, good at communication, with a strong team spirit;

1. Fluent in Chinese, Mandarin and English.
