Job Description
Job Duties:
- 通過電話向銀行客戶進行逾期催收；
- 提供優質之客戶服務；
- 處理客戶之查詢；
- 必要時需提供額外支持；
- 部門交辦的其他工作。
- Handle daily delinquent account;
- Provide excellent customer services to customers;
- Handle inbound enquiries and application process;
- Provide support on ad-hoc assignment when required;
- Other work assigned by the department;
Requirements:
- 中五或以上程度學歷；
- 具有銀行/金融行業工作經驗優先，具有銀行電話中心催收業務經驗優先；
- 有良好的溝通技巧，良好的粵語、普通話、英語表達能力；
- 每週工作5天。
- Form 5 or above;
- Experience in banking/finance industry is an advantage; Experience in collection is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- Five-day work;
