Job Description:

負責分行的一般查詢/客戶服務工作

把握機會推廣戶口/信用卡服務及產品優惠，積極拓展新客戶

提供合適產品、服務和解決問題的方案

處理貸款申請相關事項，為客戶辦理及跟進申請，收妥並核對所需文件

與客戶建立良好關係, 維持品牌形象

Requirements:

一年或以上銷售工作經驗, 在銀行業/保險業更佳

會考/HKDSE/高級文憑程度或以上

操流利廣東話, 英文及普通話

良好溝通技巧, 態度積極, 重視客戶服務質素
