Responsibilities:

• Execute Equity Capital Markets transactions including IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO investments and other fundraising exercises
• Perform internal approval procedures, industry and market research, comparable valuation analysis, shareholding analysis and preparation of presentations
• Liaise with syndicates, sales, corporate clients and investors during deal execution
• Actively involve in client pitches, market research and ideas generation for the team
• Perform other job duties as assigned from time to time

 Requirements:

• University Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline
• 3 - 6 years' equity capital markets-related experience              
• Proven track record in transaction execution with strong awareness of industry and market developments
• Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines 
• Proactive team player with strong commitment
• Mandarin and English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred
