Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, request and compliants
- Handle customer requests on dispute transaction, re-issue of statement, sales slip or other onformation retrieval
- Maintain and update customer information upon request
- Assist Marketing Department in telemarketing of credit card product
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferable in credit card products
- Shift duty is required (with allowance)
- Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
