As part of the expansion plans, a leading real estate investment team is looking for an investment associate/analyst to be part of high performing team with a solid track record in Asia Pacific. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the full cycle of acquisition process including deal sourcing, structuring, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and execution
• Assist the team in underwriting potential real estate acquisitions by producing detailed cash flow financial modelling and investment return models
• Conduct market and analyzing both macro and micro trends as it relates to specific asset classes
• Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials for investment committee revie

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience in real estate sector, preferably direct investment or corporate finance deal experience in Asia Pacific region
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate finance, or related disciplines preferred
• Demonstrated financial modelling and analysis skills
• Strong written / verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin and a demonstrated attention to detail
• Team player with a strong sense of accountability and passion for real estate sector
