Job responsibilities

• Independently handle fund setup and management of private equity fund, liaise with external stakeholders including External layer, Custodian, Fund admin, Auditor, etc;
• Support deal (Private Equity) due diligence and evaluation (including market research, financial analysis and product / service feasibility);
• Perform company due diligence and financial modeling;
• Prepare presentation materials and other reports etc;
• Develop and Maintain good relationship with fund distribution channels, and institutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree and above in business related majors;
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
• Holder of SFC licenses for Type 4 and 9 regulated activities; 
• Good Knowledge of the developments in the industry, financial products, and services;
• Experience in product structure design and fund management throughout the lifecycle;
• Strong analytical skills in Finance and Accounting;
• Good industry connections with financial institutions and sales channels;
• Good understanding of internal control and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Location: Hong Kong / Shanghai.
