Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry work for Octopus card operation processing
  • Prepare reports for daily reconciliation
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Prepare and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) case
  • Perform occasional outdoor work when required

Requirements:

  • HKCEE or DSE graduate with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
  • Higher Certificate or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related discipline will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years clerical work experience including data entry, document verification and card production tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Accurate and fast typing speed of no less than 35 w.p.m.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
