Client Details

Our client is a financial services firm providing services of wealth management, asset management, and other financial general services. They are currently seeking to hire a Junior Paralegal to join their legal team.

Description

- Manage transaction execution across APAC and US investments

- Review and draft investment documentation

- Handling regulatory filings and other administrative issues

- Reviewing work product outside legal counsels

- Provide support regarding to funds and offshore SPVs and work closely with investment managers

- Coordinate with compliance, risk and operations teams

Profile

-around 3 years of paralegal experience within financial services firm

- Top Law Students/Graduates regardless of qualification

- Basic knowledge around PRC, HK, US and Singapore regulatory matters

- Preferred to be experienced with references, closing deliverable, signing packs and completion checklist

- Experience in translation and secretarial matters in APAC and US

- Must be articulate and fluent in Chinese
