Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects on the overall planning, management and implementation of Group development;
• Liaise with users for their requirements of system enhancement, prepare the User and Customer Business Requirement and communicate with IT for enhancement;
• Liaise with different departments in formulation of project brief and establish user requirements;
• Prepare project programs with regular monitoring;
• Define project scope, project schedule, resources requirements, project budgets;
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and the required level of quality over the project management cycle;
• Carry out risk assessment and derive mitigation measures;
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance team effectiveness;
• Communicate and lead meetings externally with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, partners and internally with members to ensure all requirements and deliverables are understood and executed;
• Report project progress, project performance and financial status to management team.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in Business, IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years project management experience
• Experience in managing IT application delivery, managing vendors are preferred;
• Proficiency in using Project Management and Office software
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Good level of understanding in operation process, risk and the corresponding technology;
• Articulate and persuasive, with good writing and presentation skills;
• Able to converse and bridge business language with technology language;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Holder of PMP or equivalent is an advantage.
