Job Description
Job Duties:
- 負責信用卡、手機應用程式、智能POS等銀行卡相關產品的需求分析和產品設計；
- 負責編寫銀行卡產品相關的業務需求書；
- 研究支付行業產品的市場動態、搜集資訊、分析市場反應；
- 與軟件開發團隊合作，確保在規定時間內完成產品開發和交付；
- 作為各團隊的關鍵聯系人；
- 部門交辦的其他工作。
- Analyze user requirement and design bank card products including credit card, mobile App, smart POS and etc;
- Develop product requirement documents of bank card products with marketing teams;
- Research market trends of the payment industry, collect product information and analyze market reactions;
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure development and delivery of products within scheduled timeline;
- Serve as a key contact person between cross-functional teams;
- Other work assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- 具有計算機、金融、經濟相關專業的學士及以上學位；
- 具有支付或者銀行卡相關行業經驗，具有產品管理工作經驗者優先考慮；
- 具有與技術團隊和業務團隊共同合作工作經驗，具有深入理解業務需求並編寫產品詳細說明書的能力；
- 具備良好的溝通協調能力，較強的分析能力和良好的團隊合作經驗；
- 具有良好的中英文讀寫能力；
- 歡迎應屆生申请。
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or relevant majors;
- Experience of payment or bank card industry or in product management is preferred;
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or relevant majors;
- Strong ability for communication, analysis and teamwork;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Fresh graduate is also welcome;
