Job Description

Assist in the oversight and processing of the daily collateral variation and initial margin processes for OTC and exchange traded derivatives. Review and release collateral settlement instructions for the daily collateral movement. Resolve escalations and disputes with regard to collateral balances, exposure amounts and failed settlements with brokers, custodians and internal stakeholders. Work closely with the onboarding, Static data, and Support teams with regard to Collateral on-boarding and updates. Propose process improvements of operational functions that are overly manual, time consuming, and/or pose risks by various methods including automation, off shoring, or re-engineering. These activities are mainly focused on processes within Asia Derivatives Services and generating information/reports useful to our internal clients and senior management.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum 4 experience in asset management, investment operations and Projects. Experience with collateral, derivatives or other investment related products. Strong analytical, communication and technical skills. Experience in reconciliations and process improvements. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
