Responsibilities:

l   Perform daily equities settlement for Hong Kong Market and China Stock Connect;

l   Perform daily settlement of Stock Options for Hong Kong Market;

l   Ensure smooth running of daily settlement and comply with policies and procedures;

l   Handle CCASS operations including physical stock deposit / withdrawal, IPO and Placement;

l   Handle nominee services, corporate action activities;

l   Liaise and resolve settlement issues with clients and counterparties;

l   Perform daily reporting of option jobbing business submission;

l   Perform stock reconciliation for Hong Kong Market and China Stock Connect; and

l   Participate in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

l   Degree holder in Finance, Business administration or related disciplines;

l   Minimum 2 years relevant experience in securities firm or investment bank; candidate with less experience may be considered for a more junior role on a case by case basis’

l   Knowledge in CCASS, DCASS;

l   Responsible, proactive, willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure;

l   Proficiency in MS office application and PC skills and

l   Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
