Job Description

• Handle import/export bills documents checking
• Handling with checking Trade L/C bills
• Data input in system for discrepant L/C documents and Clean documents
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines of the Bank
• Ensure efficient processing of bills transactions and provision of quality services to relevant parties
• Perform limit checking for credit control
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as necessary

Requirements

• Secondary education
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in bills operations
• Good knowledge on trade document checking including Documentary Credit and Collection, and trade finance transaction workflow
• Familiar with ICC rules
• Proficient in English and Chinese
