Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new payment products (e.g. cross border remittance, QR code, FX)
- Work with Hong Kong IT and Operations to support day to day operation of existing products (e.g. RTGS, FPS, FX, eDDA)
- Provide business requirements through Jira and Wiki on system enhancement and development
- Work with Beijing development team on App design and product journey
- Devise and implement customer acquisition and activation strategy (e.g. MGM campaign)
- Support Customer Service team on customer enquiries and new product design
- Work with Legal and Compliance department to answer HKMA’s queries and prepare documentation for product launch (e.g. Sandbox Application Form, Sandbox Completion Report, product journey)
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payment and deposit product management, preferably with new product launch exposure
- Open minded to work on different products
- Creative in designing new products/customer journey
- Well understand of regulatory requirements (e.g. TME-1, COBP)
- Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager.
