Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within the IT PMO team to maximize productivity and contribute to the entire project lifecycle
• Organize regular / ad hoc project meetings and follow up action items
• Coordinate efforts within the team and with internal IT / external vendors (if needed) efficiently
• Prepare project dashboard and report project status to relevant stakeholders and management
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as preparing meeting minutes and raising staff / project related requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project related work, securities brokerage, wealth management and other digital/FinTech applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude with positive and encouraging personality
• Excellent command in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English
