Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Provide research on innovation initiation and exploration to boost the business development for the Bank
- Actively collaborate with internal and external parties to manage various project functions in relations to products innovation management
- Consolidate user requirements and closely monitor the project progress to ensure having the well-defined project quality in order to achieve the business target
- Ensure the banking products and projects delivered by Innovation Lab are complied with related standard and regulations
- Assist in preparing the presentation materials contents including texts, infographics and videos
- Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisor or the management, such as providing editorial and ad-hoc administrative support on a wide range of projects or activities and contributing to the general smooth running of the team
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in project management / business analytics / Fintech exposure
- Participation in well-known innovation projects preferred
- Well understanding of prototype and UI design tools preferred
- Be energetic, innovative and able to manage project independently with scheduled deadlines
- Good project management, analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently with strong team spirit
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
