Job Description
Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for managing company's website, keeping insurance product & information up to date and maintaining good relationship with insurance partners. This is a permanent role with a leading finanical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall administration of company's insurance business
- Provide clerical support including data input, documentation and keeping insurance product information and promotion up to date using the company's proprietary systems
- Act as the key contact for insurance services providers, handle enquiries, provide professional insurance advice and coordinate with internal teams on implementation of their requests
- Maintain good relationships with potential and current insurance partners to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Key Skills:
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Must be holder of IIQE Licensing Examinations Paper 1 and 2
- At least 1 year relevant working experience, ideally in underwriting, reinsurance or insurance industry
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Great attention to details, high accuracy, excellent presentation and client servicing skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate with passion and willingness to learn will be considered
