Job Description
Our client is one of the largest trust companies in Hong Kong providing asset servicing for investment funds.
- Mutual funds/ MPF/ORSO experience will be a bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team in performing portfolio valuation, NAV calcaulation and other tasks on daily basis
- Check valuation reports and other fund administration tasks to ensure that they are correctly and timely prepared
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in preparation of daily reporting and ensure that the pricing/valuation processes
- Deal with issues and queries from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Follow and perform control as specified in the Procedure Manual and ensure compliance with all relevant work processes
- Exercise strong risk alertness and supervise team members to ensure they always comply with regulations and company's policies and procedures
- Participate in UAT of any new system enhancement prior to production
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accountancy or Diploma in Business related discipline
- Minimum 6 years experience in fund accounting and administration, with substantial experience in regulated mutual funds / MPF / ORSO schemes operations
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Can work under pressure
- Strong adaptability to changes
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
