Our client is an American commercial bank, they are one of the largest bank in the US with more than 40 years. They focuses on lending to technology companies, providing multiple services to venture capital, private equity, private banking services for high-net-worth individuals.

Description

• Provides client support through direct or indirect client contact via email or phone channel to inquiries
  
  
• Handle general account/product support inquire, user administration inquiries, associated online training

• Liaison between client and internal business partners for problem resolution

• Assistance on bank products include depository products and cash management products

• Participates in meetings, training, and other duties as assigned by management

• Technical support and troubleshooting

Profile

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year experience in client services/call centre within the banking/fund management industry
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese
• Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities with a strong client service focus
• Open-mindedness & positive attitude to work
• Strong problem-solving skills, can work independently and in a team setting
