Responsibilities:

• Prepare all marketing materials e.g. newsletter, websites, Facebook etc.
• Handle data base management, membership program & promotion
• Provide administration and marketing support  
• Support all aspects of projects & event management, including preparing pre-production, drafting promotional materials, contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of insurance, banking, marketing experience is preferred
• Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with a can-do attitude
