- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to carry out procurement operations, including but not limited to product sourcing activities, cost control, and inventory control
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and responsible for benchmarking exercise;
- Administer full spectrum of procurement activities including compiling and maintaining all documentation for the supplier’s due diligence, purchase requisition, quotation/tendering, purchase order and invoice.
- Conduct supplier management activities including but not limited to service monitor, measure and review supplier performance and maintain good relationship with vendors
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, including regular review of the internal procurement policies and procedure
- A Degree holder in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Electronical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent;
- Preferable minimum 2-5 years working experience in IT/Marketing in banking or financial institutions;
- Experience in carrier relation operation, whole tender process and procurement strategy will be an advantage;
- Familiar with Oracle Fusion and good PC skills particularly in PowerPoint excel and words
- Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Good team player and work independently
