The successful candidate will be handling client inquiries, providing advice to clients on the company's services and business model, educating clients on the full trading cycle, and troubleshooting and escalating errors to relevant stakeholders.

My client is a multinational electronic broker, leading the market in APAC, Europe, and the U.S. They provide electronic access, risk management tools, and trading technology to a wide range of clients including institutional investors, financial advisors, and traders.

Description

• Manage clients' inquiries via diverse channels such as phone call, email, tickets, and live chat
• Advise clients on the company's self-service and highly automated business model by understanding trading systems, administrative portals, and other proprietary software
• Educate clients on the full trading cycle such as statements reconciliation, position transfers, margin calculations, and position transfers
• Mitigate errors with clients by escalating and liaising with relevant stakeholders such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, Clearing, and other service groups around the world

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong product knowledge - Equities, Options, Futures, FX.
• Minimum 2 years experience at a multinational financial institution.
• Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of core competencies will be considered.
• Holder of SFC for RA type 1, 2, and 3 licenses, or be prepared to start licensing process shortly after joining.
• Experience in client services, compliance, fund administration, and electronic trading preferred.
