Description
Reporting to the COO and founding partners, you will be responsible for
- assisting the start up for fund raising
- preparing for future IPO project
- arranging for all investors relations matters
- planning for the strategy for the firm
- performing other adhoc tasks
Profile
Requirement:
- CFA is not a must but highly preferred
- Banking M&A or Boutique Firm M&A candidates are highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of IBD experience
- Good English and Chinese language
