Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform research, analysis and due diligence for takeovers, mergers & acquisitions transactions, and capital market and related issues
• Draft and clear announcements, circulars and other documents as required under the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code
• Prepare and help present business proposals and presentation materials
• Supervise junior staff and liaise with other professional advisers and relevant regulatory authorities

Requirements: 

• Valid Type 6 License with a good understanding of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code
• Degree holder, with professional qualification or MBA an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years hand-on experience in corporate finance transactions
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
