Responsibilities:

• Liaison with business management, compliance, credit risk management, internal audit, business process & control, and general counsel, to collect policies & procedures, closure evidence, sample data for control testing, and other supporting documents for all remediation actions;
• Mapped remediation issues/actions requirements to closure evidence and relevant owners;
• Designed and coordinated information/document request workflow and efficient document management approach
• Perform project management and business requirement analysis;
• Work closely with internal users and external vendors on both project implementation and post-release system maintenance;
• Collect and analysis business performance data;
• Participate in the acceptance test including preparation of test plan/case;
• Assist to prepare reports including financial budget and forecast, and variances analysis for budgetary control; 
• Work with other internal units to identify and resolve data issues;
• Perform ad-hoc projects/assignments required.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (graduate degree a plus);
• Familiar with the operations of brokerage business and Internet trading;
• Analytical mind with good report writing skills;
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skill;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
• Knowledge in Excel Marco and VBA is an advantage;
• Proven experience on project management on both new system implementation and system replacement.
