• Liaise with Marketing and Supporting Departments to ensure operational processes are integrated across the Wholesale Banking Group (“WBG”)and are properly adhere to.
• Alert team members to ensure timely completeness of daily/ad-hoc operational activities and regular reporting to business. Identify and solve operations problems in enhancing operational efficiency and monitoring & control.
• Recommend and implement methodology / mechanism / procedures related to operations to enhance operational efficiency to support WBG businessand conduct regular reviews to make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain statistics / analysis report / MIS on the operations and control & monitoring items for supporting WBG business.
• Cooperate with Risk Management Group and back office to implement and execute credit control activities to ensure proper and timely reporting of risk events to business, keep track of Relationship Managers’ corresponding management actions, and ensure timely escalation to Marketing Department, Risk Management Group and/or relevant parties for pending items.
• Carry out annual bank-wide thematic reviews, such as FATCA, CRS, DPS, BCP, User Profile Review, EUC, etc., to ensure  compliance with regulatory/compliance requirements and bank policies by WBG.
• Participate in various operations / system projects of the Bank as well as WBG initiated projects including coming up with UAT plan, script, test case, performing UAT and implementation for WBG.
• Prepare materials and deliver coaching, briefing and presentation to reinforce staff knowledge of procedures, process change and system implementation. Ensure the development of appropriate training materials in relation to CG-6 initiatives.
• Manage ad hoc projects / studies as when and required.

Requirement

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably with wholesale banking knowledge.
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented with strong business sense.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
