Our client is a well-established Fintech Company who specialized in OTC Trading System Development . To cope with their recent business growth, they are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Kondor Implementation Consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical aspects of Kondor implementation including the architecture side
• Implement new features as specified for system upgrades
• Write Technical Specification Documents for offshore service
• Solution integration including offshore developments
• Develop Custom Windows extensions and custom reports based on SQL scripts
• Respect high level coding and design standards, and quality best practices
• Ensure that development tasks meet business requirements and goals and fulfil end-user requirements
• Investigate technical and functional defects and propose adequate solutions
• Coordination with external stakeholders for releasing and testing of applications.
• Production implementation and post-production support
• Communicate status and report issues to the team leader
• Work closely with different stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, help the organization on pre-sales initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related discipline
• Strong Linux or Windows skills
• SQL on Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL
• Strong scripting skills for shell and SQL
• Experience as a Senior Technical consultant on Fusion Kondor for at least 5 years with sound knowledge on 'commercial off the shelf' Fusion Kondor product
• Well versed with Kondor installation and operation.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving in the area of defining problems, determine innovative solutions, and validate solutions against customer needs and requirements.
• Well versed with agile/waterfall methodologies and able to work independently without much supervision and able to work with a motivated team of business analysts, solution architects, development and quality assurance teams.
• High level of interpersonal and customer communication in verbal and written forms, customer focus and negotiation skills.
• Negotiation, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, continuous process improvement , Business Acumen, Iso, architects , Agile Methodologies, Economics, Customer Focus, customer communication , Able To Work Independently, Business Requirements
• Good in written and Spoken English and Cantonese
