Responsibilities:

• Participate in various business development exercise;
• Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 1,4&6  regulated activities;
• Ensure the compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures;
• Manage daily securities operations, including the account opening process, account maintenance and customer services;
• Ensure full regulatory compliance by formulating, reviewing and updating the operation procedures and liaise with SFC when necessary;
• Handle ad hoc projects and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or Investment related disciplines;
• SFC registered RO for Type 1,4&6 regulated activities is a must;
• Minimum 5 years management experiences in SFC licensed firms with solid knowledge of operation, compliance and risk management;
• Self-motivated, detail minded and able to work independently;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
