about the job.

As an influential member of the team, you will maintain a regional clientele portfolio across China PRC and HK regions with a strong focus in real estate finance, hotel finance, construction loan, bridge loan, leveraged finance, syndication etc. You will be responsible for credit analysis, financial modelling, meeting with clients and working alongside a team of coverage bankers. You can expect a wide exposure a clientele that consists of property developer and conglomerates that with core portfolio of hotel, retail mall, office space, industrial etc. You will support your team members in achieving team targets and grow market share within the CRE field.

skills & experiences required.

Your will have 5+ years of experience as a Coverage Relationship Manager / Structured Product Partner within Commercial Real Estate will help you succeed in this role. You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also detail minded in conducting in-depth financial and credit assessment within credit policy and parameters of the bank. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English on a daily basis.
