• Assist to implement safety/security policies, protocols and procedures relevant to physical security.
• Serve as the focal point for safety and security for CCBA premises.
• Conduct regular security / safety surveys/ assessments in relation to all CCBA premises.
• Monitoring the service vendor to provide proper maintenance and repairing service for Bank premises.
• Arrange ad-hoc guarding services for building maintenance works or special projects, etc.
• Assist to exam the aforesaid maintenance/ ad-hoc jobs and prepare invoice settlement.

• BA/BS degree in Security Management, Facility Management or related area or ability to demonstrate a work-based equivalent
• Experience in corporate security and facility management is preferable
• Knowledge of security management in banking industry is preferable
• Proficient in MS office applications, including Work, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good written English and Chinese, conversational English and Putonghua is required, and
• Willingness to work at irregular hours as required.
