Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of the Bank’s Credit Card operations including account services, payment processing, account reconciliation and credit card support.
  • Review system functionality and procedure flows, recommend possible enhancement to Management on streamline existing workflow, strengthen internal control and meet the requirement of card schemes.
  • Review all system change requests raised by team members for Card Business and support Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Asccend and ZAP systems & post implementation.
  • Act as the project contract/vocal point with card association and coordinate with card schemes. Communicate and collaborate with other banks, card associations and law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance requirement or mandate changes incorporate in our system and workflow
  • Monitor and review the cards / merchants account activities by checking daily reports. Perform regular stock check on credit card, debit card and cash coupons. Verify the disposal records of spoilage credit card or debit card. Check the “Reissue Card Mailing Report” to identify high-risk address
  • Access to Visa Online, MasterCard Online, UnionPay Online System to obtain the latest security information, member update and compliance program
  • Organize “Confidential Documents Destruction”, monitor and ensure the whole process is in compliance with the internal procedures
  • Review and update the Manual for the team regularly. Compile statistics/report to management, regulatory authorities and card associations.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with card services systems and experience managing and/or training others
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of credit card transaction processing
  • Experience in accessing workflows, leading a team, coaching, and training staff is preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to be a strategic, business-oriented, critical thinker who can effectively develop and implement a variety of operational and business strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with end to end mindset for problem solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
