Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years compliance experience within asset management firm to provide investment compliance support to the Group. Successful candidate will need to ensure Group's investment guideline of the fund is meet with local / global regulatory requirements.

Their Hong Kong branch office provides a full range of banking and financial services for institutional and private clients, including Asset Management, Real Estate Management, Syndicated loans, Consulting Services M&A Advisory etc.

Description

• Perform regular investment compliance monitoring to ensure groups complying with relevant fund investment guidelines
• Perform compliance review and risk assessment
• Draft internal policies and procedures on a regular basis
• Prepare compiling compliance analysis reports to management
• Monitor investment activities and follow up with relevant departments on compliance matters
• Participate in the regular internal meetings

Profile

• At least 1-2 years' experience in compliance, knowledge of investment compliance in listed equity funds, private equity funds or fund of funds would be an advantage
• Bachelor degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Sound knowledge on compliance with applicable laws and SFC regulations
• Strong oral and written communication skills (including Cantonese, Mandarin and English).
• Independent, excellent analytical, time management and interpersonal skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
• Detail oriented, organized and focused on quality
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
