Our client, one of the large-scale integrated financial enterprises in Hong Kong, is now inviting a high-caliber candidate to join them as Operation Manager under wealth management department.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                              

• Provide compliance advices and support on the daily operations, new business initiatives and insurance products
• Supervise the new development and updates on applicable guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Review and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide support to direct customers and handle enquiries from regulators

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or other related fields
• At least 4 years relevant experience in general insurance
• IIQE Paper I & III are required
• Knowledge of general insurance operations, distribution channels and their related regulatory requirements;
• Good product knowledge in Group medical, life business& MPF
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
