Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group Insurance Team to oversee and manage the Group's insurance programmes across all corporate and business functions.
• Provide professional advisory service to senior management in respect of corporate insurance strategy, and risk management.
• Define, scope, and implement various local and global insurance strategies to cater for various business and risk mitigation needs
• Maintain group’s insurance plans with proper records/frameworks, process claims, and review policies’ terms and contracts to ensure the best risk management assessment have been made
• Vendors selection, management, insurance plans/coverage purchase and renewal etc.
• Research on latest insurance risk trends and developments for ongoing group insurance management enhancement

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of a mixed of work experience with MNC and professional firm background in insurance management
• A Subject Matter Expert with a wealth of knowledge/expertise in managing insurance matters for sizable organizations and global MNC.
• Articulate and logical with strong business acumen
• Excellent people communication and problem-solving skill
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Degree in Finance / Insurance / Risk Management or related disciplines
