Job Descriptions:

• Support the Main Committee, Consultative Council, relevant sub-committees and working groups including organising and attending meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, taking follow-up actions and liaison with relevant parties
• Prepare responses to issues and enquiries, where relevant, using relevant working groups to provide input and review drafts
• Work with professional firms in developing industry guidelines or submissions on relevant matters
• Organise activities and events 
• Ensure internal communication (including membership newsletters) and external communication are appropriate and timely
• Prepare proposals on the annual budget and membership subscriptions
• Ensure appropriate talents are recruited, retained and developed to support the work of the Secretariat effectively
• Deputise for the Secretary as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• A senior executive background in finance, preferably banking related
• A good understanding of the regulatory environment and public affairs of Hong Kong, Mainland China and other major financial centres
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and highly motivated with ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• Sound management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and oral); Good Putonghua an advantage
