Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end projects from the initialization phase to preparation and execution. The scope includes but not limited to creation and execution of project plan, resource planning, status review and management reporting.

- Oversee the project budget, timeline and deliverables. Work closely with IT teams and end users to ensure the deliverables are in good quality according to the business requirements.

- Perform project governance, risk management, change management and vendor management.

- Liaise among various departments to align the common business goals for the Group and seek the best possible solution to speed up the project implementation.

- Together with IT teams to design the platform and implement different types of projects including wealth management trading and settlement system, trading web and mobile app, risk, compliance and control support applications and other digital and FinTech initiatives.

- Build the team along with business and in the direction of department head, possible to expand the financial products to a bigger picture covering HNWI, retail, intermediaries and counterparties.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, master degree is a plus.

- Min. 8 years of relevant experience in project management, securities brokerage, wealth management and other digital applications.

- Less experience candidate will be considered to a junior Project Manager role.

- Good innovative mindset; capable of initiate strategic collaboration plans.

- With relevant experience and sound background in large-scale financial technology project management in wealth management and related experience.

- Able to work under pressure, exhibit a high level of integrity, a strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills and a good team player.

- Excellent command in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English
