We are seeking to hire a Audio Visual Engineer to support our client, which is a top-tier Investment Bank. If you're seeking to advance your career in a fast paced and rewarding environment we want to speak with you.

Job Description:

• Communicate with end users to assist with diagnosing and repairing audio and video issues
• Daily operational health checks on AV and integrated conference rooms
• Perform routine testing and problem diagnosis for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers and displays
• Perform preventative maintenance on AV equipment and conference room functionality to ensure conference rooms are functional and ready for use
• Responsible for identifying defective or failed equipment, working with vendors and AV integrators to repair and/or replace equipment
• Collects and analyses client/stakeholder/partner feedback and identifies needs within Specific area of work
• Conduct competitive research and make proposals on product and services

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience with multinational enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Video Conference & AV equipment, WebEx & Zoom operations, and Cisco infrastructure product is a plus
• Experience in financial organization is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and accept challenges
• Good sense of problem-solving skill and quick decision making
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, and strong analytical skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Background check and confidentiality agreement signed with client is a must
