Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To contact customers via phone, email or other electronic means to promote loan products and follow-up on loan applications.
- To liaise among the customer, credit approver and operation support during the process of a loan application and loan disbursement
- To achieve business targets of retail personal lending products by enhancing the conversion rate of applications
- Always follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Completed Form 5, HKDSE or above
- Minimum 4 (Senior Officer)/2 (Officer) years’ relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry and familiar with personal lending products and loans processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience in providing value-added customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint an advantage
