Onsite with HSBC – Copy Writer English (UX- Insurance)

 We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join the HSBC.

Title: UX Writer - English (Insurance), Onsite with HSBC
Duration: 6 Months
Note: Candidates with experience on creating mobile app copy will be much preferred
Reports to: Lead Digital Copywriter

Support projects: Provides English copywriting skills with strong user experience mindset to support the delivery and launch of the new digital products and features.

Responsibilities
• Create native, high-quality and accurate copy for new digital journeys
• Produce long and short form copy appropriate to a variety of different segments and audiences
• Proven experience related to customer-facing digital copywriting, eg digital journeys, website content
• Copywriting or content strategy experience on wealth/insurance industries is strongly preferred
• QC/QA own and teams work, assist colleagues by proofing output as required
• Ensure all content presents an accurate overview of brand and is aligned to brand guidelines/tone
• Ensure consistency both within and across documents, brands and sub brands

Qualifications and skills
• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Language or any related discipline
• Highly developed and native communication skills in English or Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified), both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
• Profound understanding around best practices and trends regarding digital and finance sectors
• Strong skillsets on project and timeline management with proper prioritisation
• Good relationship and project management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external stakeholders with conflicting priorities
